Curtis Lykins Appointed Controller at AMETEK Eighty Four

AMETEK Eighty Four has announced the appointment of Curtis Lykins as its new Controller. Curtis will work closely with the leadership team to drive the business’s finance initiatives, meet all accounting and financial objectives and ensure strong internal controls remain in place.

Curtis brings extensive experience in Controller and financial leadership roles. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and business administration from Thiel College in Greenville, PA, USA.

Expressing excitement about his new role, Curtis Lykins says: “I am pleased to be joining such an innovative business as AMETEK Eighty Four in the pivotal role of Controller. AMETEK Eighty Four manufactures a range of specialty metal powders using advanced, high-pressure water atomization technology. The powders are custom-engineered from a range of specialist alloys, including nickel, cobalt, stainless steel and custom alloys. Sectors served include automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, chemical processing, industrial, medical and space.

AMETEK Eighty Four is one of five businesses making up the AMETEK SMP division, alongside Hamilton Precision Metals, AMETEK Wallingford, Fine Tubes and Superior Tube.
